I'm delighted to announce the first in a series of three laying hens, affectionately know as Henrietta or [AoR] Hen 01 v1.1 (if you want to get technical about it).

Henrietta has a LI=2, uses Corn:1:Water:1, and takes 24 hours to produce one egg.  Her associated skill is Poultry Farmer.

Movement & Sound can be turned on/off by using Right Click - Manage - Modify.  These features are accessible either before the hen has been feed or after an egg has been collected.

The collected egg goes directly into your AoR basket.   A bowl containing six eggs can be delivered via the HUD - Basket - Get - Egg.  Bowls of eggs are useful if you wish to sell/give eggs to other players.

Henrietta is now available for purchase in the market. Corn can be purchased directly from Myriam.

Henrietta's upcoming fellow fowl will vary in appearance and animation while retaining the same requirements and production rate.  These sisters are meant to add variety to your farm yard.

Check out the Harvesters tab of Recipes for all current Harvesters including poultry & livestock.

ETA: Movement & Sound. Eggs.

Tatiana Dokuchic:(...) takes 24 hours to produce one egg.

One egg?! How ever did you achieve to make such lazy hens that produce only once a day? How does one deal with the expectation of only one egg a day, instead of the certainty of richly over-rolling daily baskets of six and twelve?

A single egg a day! Madness, I say - madness! :p

It was all done in respect for all the hard-working 18th century hens ;)
