Villa della Regina
Due to a bomb gutting the Villa della Regina during WWII, the second floor (which is not opened to the public due to current restorations) design is based on a combination of French and Italian and German baroque and rococo. Anne d'Orleans, Queen of Sardinia is noted for her bringing French decor and design to the Villa. Polyxena of Hesse-Rotenburg is noted for her updating the house with German rococo. The second floor is a representation of the culture heritages of the family members and their impressions upon the villa.
