I walked through the empty town, the houses already vacated and empty. Normally I would have gone on horseback to avoid getting my boots dirty, but I wanted to take it slow... for there are small details, small artifacts telling stories of passing moments long gone,that can be missed when traveling too quickly... Needless to say, I took my time.
