A nice film illustrating the inspiration drawn from one of my favourite marchande de modes, Dame Vivienne Westwood, from London's wonderful Wallace collection - certainly the finest collection of eighteenth century French art and artefacts in Britain.(Annoyingly for a total fashion trainspotter like me they muddle up the chronology of her collections, but it's wonderful to see these pieces and the clothes they inspired nonetheless)
