That's exactly how it feels to be in and around this house. the 100x100 footprint island has enough room to add a dock or other items to relax in and comes with all the tropical, colorful plants shown. The house has privacy windows and locking doors and tons of tropical ambiance!
It also has a fireplace in a sunroom that looks out over the ocean sunsets! The large one bedroom and bath can easily be turned into as many as 3-4 bedrooms for the large family and the house can be used without the island if desired. The wrap-around porches add to the space with many wonderful romantic areas on both levels. 2nd floor has flower boxes for you to add your own colorful plants.
