This lovely aria was composed by Luigi Boccherini, a wonderful cellist who lived most of his life in Spain as other brilliant composers of the XVIII century.The main theme is quite similar to the first movement of his wonderful cello sonata in A major.Boccherini was one of the most important composers of the pre-Classical galante music at the middle of the XVIII century. He is specially well-known for his concertos and sonatas.
