The pouffe can be decorated with practically anything, feathers, sashes, ribbons, plumes, flowers to mini-scenes and ships in full sail.Trains:Using a measurement called an ell- which equivalent to 1.5 yards-The Queens train was 11 ells, Daughters of France had a train of 9 ells while those of Granddaughters of France were 7 ells. A princess of the blood was allowed 5 ells, and lastly, a duchess could carry a train of three ells. Below that rank there were no trains.

Yoohoo! It's been a long long time, but it's definitely time for another post. And a sneak peek at the work we've been doing So, first of all, the new facade, which is a lot smaller than the old one, but it is to scale, and we will no longer look like dwarves

And our revamped basins on the Parterre d'Eau

And the South side of the Chateau, which looks onto our new South Parterre

And our third and newest sim presents to you the South Parterre, the Orangerie is coming soon

Yoohoo!After like an enormous break (shame on us :P) we have finally started work on Versailles again!And I am pleased to say that we have just completed the entire facade of the corps de logis! The North and South sides are now just as fabulous as the West side :PAnd the photos to prove it -

Another update! A small one though, but just as fabulous We have 'almost' finished the Dauphin's Library!I am in love with this room!

Time for a new update!Now that we have the new sim, I have finally decided to move the Salon d'Or, which I have inlcuded a picture of. It may look the same, which it is, lol, but it's in face a lot bigger and it faces south onto the courtyard instead of west. The Green Library will fill it's old space when we get textures

We've had the Queen's room partially done for a while, still need to find better textures and add a new railing, but this is what it looks like so far for anyone who might not have seen it

And finally, I would like to include a picture of the Dauphin's First Antichamber, with it's fabulous window, which I have just completed, and I mean just, lol. I made it out of loads of different window pieces, but i think it looks good
