Communty News & Events

I regulary visit this library and support it with all my heart (well and sometimes with some L$). As a French native i would remind there is no place like this at the French speaking regions ; so all my congratulations go to Farzaneh and Duch de Coeur owners !

In fact, the Renaissance was a period in history . It was not a mode of dress. There were as many clothing styles as Royal Courts . The fashion , whatever the period, was mainly influenced by the climate of each kingdom. The clothes shown here are close to the Italian Renaissance, to Nana point of view.

If you need to explore history of clothing, the Wikipedia History of clothing and textiles (and its links) is a good begining.
