A group for just Officers of Court

I believe there should be a group for just the Officers of Court: Diplomats, Ambassadors, Private secretarys, Ministers, Envoys and the likes. It would help with the exchange of knowledge, customs, spreading the news of what is happen in courts and working on treaties and alliances.
