Thank you, Tatiana. ) Yes, one outfit and gown leads to another and its hard to stop...lol I have so much fun making them. I never thought a year ago I would be making clothes and gowns. It's wonderful to be able to imagine something and create it. )
Thank you for the support, Lady Orkney. ))
Thank you, Quecay. Yes, the gypsy clothes are fun to make. I loved researching vintage corsets. I have seen some beautifully ornate period corsets... and realized a pirate wench could get away with displaying them in public. hehehee... I have tried to replicate some of them. These gypsy clothes are also script free. So, they are perfect for battles, sailing ships, and in general reducing lag.
Thank you so much Diane-Sophie )) <3
Its been a busy few weeks in my shop. For some time I have been encouraged by many to attempt a rococo period gown. I felt hesitation at such a task as all the gowns I have seen here on this ning are spectacular and just beautiful. I didn't see a need for me to contribute with so many accomplished designers. After some encouragement, I reconsidered and began the task of starting one gown. The effort reminded me of why we all create on SL... for the pure joy and creative expression! So here is my small contribution as of now. I am sure I will be redesigning the shape and fussing over the details more later....but I decided it was time to release this. My first rococo gown! I hope you will enjoy it. Gown is not mesh and comes with matching slippers.
