il Monarca
Palazzo Doria Tursi, called "The King" was built in 1565 for Niccolò Grimaldi. The palazzo represents the culmination of the grandeur of residential Genoese aristocracy, as testified by interior decorations and its vast art collection. The palazzo is the largest and most grandiose on the Via Aurea (Via Garibaldi). It is the only one to be built on three lots.
splendid indeed! When may one visit?
Thank you. The project isn't finished yet. I still need to finish Doria Tursi and I think four other palazzi. So time will tell
wonderful!
