It was while taking a detour on a walk through Languedoc that I met an American librarian named Farzaneh Eel, who has recently opened a branch library there. She is one of those librarians who guide you through the shelves and talk about their passion :books. You can also listen inworld or read on the web a substantial number of audio and digital books there, including a selection of French works such as the Fables de la Fontaine, followed by Six lais damour by Marie de France, Rimbauds Illuminations, alongside poetic works by Christine de Pisan. There are also works in Spanish, English, and Arabic. The books are housed in warm-toned rooms of classic and neo-classic style in two-story buildings that give a solemn tone to the general atmosphere. I invite you to visit these relaxing places :
