It was a grand event at our official opening of the Opera house. Over 35 members of our community came to listen to the wonderful artist Young Zied accompanied on piano by Izabela Jaworower play a selection of spring songs by various Classical and Romantic era composers. Here are some pictures of the event.

I will never forget the true musical felicity Lady Candace and I felt during this concert, listening to these two consumate artists, in the luxurious setting of the Opera House...

Tres enchante. Merci to our organizers and hosts. It is a true pleasure to hear such talents artists. Recorded music never seems to quiet catch the spirit of a live performance. It is events like this that makes the Duche so special.

Baharat, our event manager, is to reap the reward. She organized the event and has many other events lined up for different venues at the Duchy in the coming months. I agree! Live music in SL is so much better than a recording! Both artists did a wonderful job.
