Thank you darling for your compliments on my "Blue and white wares." I've been recently engrossed in the history of Tulips - "At the peak of tulip mania in February 1637, some single tulip bulbs sold for more than 10 times the annual income of a skilled craftsman." How ghastly! I've got some peonies in bloom that I will add to the shop soon. The stories of the Empress of China and her raving affection towards peonies are even more notorious. Uprooting her entire court and palace to move where the peonies would grow better! It's good to be Queen lol. ; ) Sincres amitis ~ J
