I had been modding ships for years, and had amassed a great trove of building materials and textures from these projects. I had never really bothered to create a building since, with land prices being what they are, thought it to be too impractical. A couple of weeks ago I had decided, land or no land, to give it a shot anyway. What started out as a small but well made house seems to be headed in the direction of a huge mansion, if not a castle outright. Welcome to the House of Zeffirelli. Enjoy the preview shots
