The 3th illustration: commonly used surgical instruments (scissors, needles, etc...)
Most of them still roughly resemble the ones that are still actually used today.

My Dear,like all my other stuff that i can't find (instruction manuals etc...) i am sure i left my surgical instruments somewhere in one of my still unpacked crates. I know you don't want the new house messy, so i put them in the basement to unpack them later on. Ow and i DO have an operation table somewhere already.... Must be in one of the crates too.... Those blood stains are damm hard to remove from the carpet (ask Tatiana... LOL);-)
