I named this new Chateau after my real life Aunt Lucette Duvallier. It has lavish gardens in the back with a large fountain, Chinoiserie walled, sunlit rooms, 2 large parlors, kitchen and dinette area, formal dining room and 2 bedrooms with baths. It also hastwo large mezzinines off the grand entry that could be used for entertaining, balls or easily converted into 2 more bedrooms.
