I would like to share with all our friends, the chronicles of our lives, I mean Mary Stuart Queen of Scots and I Francis II of France...

What is Reign?

the answer Reign is a period drama television series following the early years of Mary Queen of Scots, in 1557 France. The series created by Stephanie SenGupta,Reign had its series premiere on October 17, 2013 in the US and Canada. In the United States it airs on Thursdays, in the 9/8c timeslot following The vampire Diaries. In Canada, 'Reign' airs onM3on Wednesdays in the 8/7c timeslot while CTV TWO simulcasts with The CW.

What's about second life?

We are recreating the courts of Scotland and France in the Renaissance era, and with the help of several of our friends the project is progressing, Scotland is almost finished and we are still organizing france, still need some people for some roles, but we already have a small group of quality players.

Oh and there are three groups of Renaissance courts with historical sense!

I hope you enjoy it.

I was looking forward to Reign but unfortunately I could only watch about 20 minutes of it before I was so annoyed that I had to turn it off. Maybe I didn't give it a fair shot but it came across as an After School Special with more cleavage. Really disappointing. I'm wondering what others think about it?

In any case, the SL version sounds like it has great possibilities & I wish you all the best.

I admit I've watched it. It's definitely more of a tween soap period drama. I really tried to get into it but the mix of modern and historical costumes started to annoy me. I'm sure they were trying to keep it edgy for younger viewers. I think the costumes are beautiful but not really accurate for the timeline. Oh well I guess I will finish up "White Queen", which is my 2013 favorite. ;)

I really enjoy the show, I agree with both of you it's not historically correct costume wise and yes it's really targeted towards a younger genre, but I will admit I am obsessed with the show. I have watched all four episodes, it really gets better as you watch on sorta like once upon a time it was slow and annoying but it got good with time. I am looking forward to recreating it in SL with Francis and having fun with our friends and with the project. I think it's going to be a lot of fun and a great success! Love for all interested to come and join, many roles will be available.
