After a long, pleasant and enlightening stay in Greece, I decided to visit some more exotic destinations to enrich my knowledge of the occult and during my visit to some courts I came to the decision to use my skills to help people in dire need. I learned than in some countries, people felt the need to turn to religion first... which made helping them quite a task. I found fascinating how some would not listen to an expert's advice, as some of the most common problems could be easily solved with a good sance or a simple potion.

I managed to perfect some recipes, but the secret to youth and immortality seemed to avoid me, despite my best efforts. I decided to return to Italy in 1768, Naples to be precise, to attend to some pressing businesses which came to my attention. Thus being solved, I decided to continue exploring Europe this time, when in 1769 I arrived at a beautiful city named Phoenix (its precise location I have sworn not to divulge). I quickly got acquainted with the locals and while at a social I was invited to, I met the his grace, The Imperator Corbin Aldrin, who would put an end to my search for youth and immortality.

After some stimulating conversation, Monsieur Aldrin requested my presence in his offices, where I was invited to the Magic circle, a society where only a chosen few were asked to join, to later be revealed the secret of immortality and eternal youth, much to my surprise and satisfaction I must say, since I did not expect to find the answers I was looking for in such a place.

Monsieur le Comte,I am much peturbed to find these epistles detailing you dilly-dallying about the barbaric lands of the east when I have repeatedly requested for you to partake in high tea and dainties (enormous dainties, I might add) with my very fine self. I have some etchings I am sure you would love to admire.Je suis shockant, vraiment. Please rectify the situation post-haste.I have the honour to be, &c.,WL

Your grace,I must say, if I may, express that it has been much to my dismay to learn that you are not enjoying my epistles, and rest assured that in the future, I will restrain my accounts to Versailles as it is as interesting as much more fashionable. It has never been my intention nor my wish to seem rude, but my duties at the Council keep me occupied. I will shortly join you, to enjoy your dainties and to admire your etchings, which I have been told by several friends who have, as myself been offered to see them, are quite enormous and beautiful.I beg to remain faithfully yours,SC Comte di Cagliostro

Dear Sir,by Jove, you should not be so touchy! Please go on and let ALL of us enjoy the reading of your documented travels into the Occult! We may not be "True Believers", but we certainly are looking forward the entertainment they provide us with!By the way, I suggested in the NING discussion that you make us benefit of your alchemical knowledge to pay the unexpected fee for the maintenance of this site. As it seems to cost you no effort to produce gold out of nothing, we would very much appreciate the actual use of this skill of yours in the current situation.Anxiously waiting for your answer, I remainSincerely YoursLord Myron, Chevalier de Verne.

Monsieur Lord Myron,As it is my wish to be of service, I will consider using my alchemical knowledge to facilitate us all of some gold, but I am afraid I have sworn not to divulge some of my secrets, hence my careful editing of my memoirs. It was never my intention to seem touchy, but I had high hopes that His Grace Monsieur Le Prince de Carpgne would find pleasure in my epistles as I am sure I will with his dainties and etchings.Rest assured I will add another chapter to my memoirs, when my obligations allow me to do so,SC Comte di Cagliostro
