Introducing Le Grenier Coiffure - Rigged Mesh Baroque Wigs & Hairstyles

After some months working - and learning a lot - with these famous new technologiesin Second Life Universe, (of course, I'm talking about meshes!) I have the pleasure to introduce you our first designs using them.

Le Grenier Coiffeur is a new line of wigs and hairstyles that we inaugurate with two designs, "Cadenette Wig" for gentlemen and "Debut du Printemps" a pouf hairstyle for rococo ladies.

Both are rigged mesh, and are made with real textures based upon historical designs. You can adquire them in four diferent sets that include five colors each. "Debut du Printemps" include too a hud with six diferent textures for the ribbons. And furthermore, both are copiable and tintable, so you can experiment with the tones and colours to fit them with your outfits or gowns.

Oh and... may be the best way to introduce you a rigged mesh item is with a demostration about how it moves with your avatar body, isnt it? I hope you enjoy with this little video that we made for you!

After some years offering you our best designs, and thinking in all that in a close future we are going to make for you, from Le Grenier du Chateau we decided that is time to open our attic, where we keep our old items and curious things to offer them to you at the best prices or even free!

L'aventurier collection from Le Grenier du Chateau

I'm very proud of introduce you my newest collection, from which I posted a little advertisement some days ago. As I commented is a collection made thinking in our "adventurer days" where we have the need to go far from our cities and villages to discover far lands and , why not, enjoy some risks!

This collection include a set of diferent colours justacorps, three great coats for the cold days and fitting tricornes and breeches. But the most original add is the "Adventure set" - a set of fully functional items that I'm sure will be the delight for rp gamers. you can see a little demo in the following video, and soon I post a new video where you'll see all the diferent posibilities of this "adventure set".

Thank you very much for your kind words. Yes in fact that is the idea. I think we need some more casual and " kind of everyday clothes" for all these that likes to explore and live around our landscapes and villages, and look for some adventure risks without look like a pirate. And silks and brocades are not very useful in these circunstances! Furthermore I like to work in a few complements that could be useful for these 18th century adventurers, as the one that you can see in the picture. These complements have some functionalities too -they works in diferent ways - so I hope that could be a good adiction to your rp journeys!

New promising artist in Royal Courts!

I have the honour of introduce you a new talented painter that recently arrive to our Baroque Courts. His name is Maquiavelo di Beaumont, and he is a young promising painter, that is learning under my guidance, following my steps as portraitist and Court painter. (Oh I forget to say that he is my nephew too!)

As you know, I had to leave my office as painter some time ago, but I'm very happy remembering the old times through the experiences of my new pupil. Soon we'll organize a official presentation of him and his work, but meanwhile, you can find them in the new art studio that we build in Le Grenier main place, in the little artists Village that we build there and that you'll find easily to the right of the landing point.
