MaximilianIII Massenberg does commissioned homes. As well as some on the marketplace. Currently he is putting his home the Hotel Biron up for sale on the marketplace.

I suggest Serenya Burnstein's shop and Leandro Malaspina's shop. Very affordable and low prim. I always turn to them first. However, if prims need not be paid attention to then Jimpsky Rhodes,
