Sometimes you receive the most unexpected gifts - not from any plotting Greeks, but from an English direction – granted, even then one needs to be careful, but in this case I received them in the most gracious and well-intended manner. And they make a most excellent addition to the most favourite pastimes in our baroque scenery: riding and hunting.

The greyhound is, as always from JIAN, a very good looking dog and can be surprisingly well sized up from a very small (Italian) greyhound to a larger version to resemble more the English greyhound. The bird is a magnificent item, I used to have an old falcon that was a very laggy sculpted flapper, but this one is beyond well crafted with some very lifelike animations. That, along with the most perfect horse since the beginning of SL, make me a very happy 18th Century Italian noble.

And so, this morning at the earliest of dawn I had Bianca saddled, and went to get my new hunting hound and falcon. At first, bright light we set out into the hills of Sorrentina’s campania. A most refreshing ride in the quiet early hours, with a necessary break at the brook.
