Fiorino sets out looking for Rico
Prospero thought we should split up, and so I decided to scout out the shops near the canal. Before we had ever gone to Rocca Sorrentina, Rico Millefiori had been apprentice to the Bragadin family at their typography, and I thought that this might be where Rico might have gone. Maestro Bragadin was very welcoming to me, but he told me that he had not seen Rico.

This doesn't sound good. I always thought of Rico as being very responsible -- true, he is very independently-minded, but not unreliable. I hope he is alright.
