You're welcome, Candace!
I was going to take the picture and then add a filter but with the current Duch winter Windlight settings it came out quite nicely "in the raw".

Speaking of drama, it's a really good time for me to practice what I'm always preaching here
Thank you so much, Quecay!
Thinking about tradition, may I say that your home is looking wonderful this Christmas season
As many of you may know, the Duch de Coeur was founded in 2008 as a three-way business partnership by Bedrich Panacek, Skye Varriale and Tatiana Varriale. For the past seven years, this team performed the daily management duties and oversaw the vision & general direction of the Coeurs.
I am proud of our accomplishments; especially since seven years when seen in terms of Second Life just about equals an eternity. Now its time for a change.
Skye & Tatiana will continue to own/operate the Duch de Coeur, maintaining the business philosophy as it was developed & nurtured since inception. Our seven respective regions will remain the same as will our connection to Rocca Sorrentina.
Bedrich will now own/operate the Ville de Coeur comprised of his three regions.
The two entities will be divided physically and the three-way business partnership dissolved.
We are currently working together to ensure a smooth transition for our tenants.
Many thanks go out to all of you that have supported us over the years. We look forward to many more Second Life adventures with you.
Tatiana
I've finally seen this & thought it was quite good.
Thanks for this post, Merry. It kept the movie in my mind all this time
Here's an interesting article:
Second Life's second act will be a social network for virtual reality
A recent LL statement (emphasis is mine):
"The next generation virtual world will go far beyond what is possible with Second Life, and we don't want to constrain our development by setting backward compatibility with Second Life as an absolute requirement from the start. That doesnt mean you necessarily wont be able to bring parts of your Second Life over, just that our priority in building the next generation platform is to create an incredible experience and enable stunningly high-quality creativity, rather than ensuring that everything could work seamlessly with everything created over Second Lifes 11 year history."
Of course, we'll all have to wait and see how this all falls out but right now I'm on board with this approach. I imagine that LL doesn't want to be stuck with the albatross of sculpts, for example, and I can't say that I blame them.
We've heard this has happened but when we tried to reproduce the problem we couldn't. We tried it both with Firestorm & the LL viewers and were able to scroll down on both so go figure.
If you a problem reading the questions you can contact Skye or Bedrich and they will give them to you. Since I'm doing the quest I don't have them.
Congratulations to the first successful "Travelers":
Anyone that's looking for an entertaining read and/or some quest motivation should take a peek at their journals in the Shared Seas Adventures group.
Too much fun!!
You might want to break it upand doa bit at a time, Tiamat. Another thought is to join a group which should be a bit quicker.
I'm going to be squeezing in my questing between a lot of rl gardening I have to get done. It should be a nice break from weeding & planting.
