Darling these are fabulous. You're always so futuristic in your fashion sense...
I must confess the Duchess of Kent is my favourite, despite my Francophilia.
I was lucky enough to spend some time in the Pavillion and it is gorgeous - but the furnishings have truly blown me away! Must must MUST have!
Style may be eternal but fashion constantly changes - so, for 1773 (merci Stormy!) we have redesigned the Versailles accuracy label!
As everyone is (hopefully!) aware, the label is awarded for accurate Second Life recreation of female and male dress for the Versailles period, as well as providing guidance for those hoping to improve the accuracy of their creations.
I'll be sending out new, updated textures to all the 1772 1773 creators in-world later this evening!
Merci!
EDIT: After being shouted at by an unnamed lady *coughMLcough* I have now added a 'Demo' stamp to this image. The full-perms image will be coming out shortly in-world!
More of a Sissi boy myself. Or so they used to tell me at school...
Such wonderful work, as always - and lovely to see designers creating beautiful pieces for the newly-emerging courts of the 19th century also! Alas, a bit futuristic pour moi!
"Dearest darling Axel,
I am pregnant! It is yours! Hold me!
Your beloved Josephine!"
Given the increase in wonderful 18th and 19th century sims around Second Life, a time-travelling tour of historical landmarks would be rather fantastic. I am big fan of the work Painter Meriman does - here are a few of his 19th century colonial builds, custom historical work rather than his (equally wonderful) houses:

I found this, which was quite interesting - the RL and SL personas of some of the staff at Arkansas State University (including Painter): http://www.astate.edu/a/centers-programs-and-institutes/cdi/contact-us.dot
Nice to get out of the 18th century once in a while! Although I always keep my frock-coat on...
These are stunning. STUNNING!! I may have to throw some kind of masquerade to enable me to wear one! I can give it to my good lady wife apres (she'l never know...)
*wishes he were joking. Is absolutely serious.*
