Morning rituals should be kept for the good of the day. A morning swim around the bay of Naples with a fair view on the island of Rocca Sorrentina, is always a good start. It is a sad thing that the one who taught me to swim as a child is no longer there, but it sure is great still seeing his great house resting on top of the old fortress. Many happy childhood memories; and this is where I shall celebrate the next main event of my adult life.
