Rocca Sorrentina invites you to visit our newest display in the Un Piccolo Studio entitled "Winter's Intrigue".This eclecticsampling of works from the 18th century and earlier gives those of us who live, work, and play in a moderate climate a glimpse of the beauty,as well as the harsh reality that a winter of cold, ice, and snow presents. During your stay, do take time to indulge your creative muse at one of our interactive easels !

Looking forward to seeing this even though my RL climate is far from moderate.

On another note, the amount of fun I have with thoseinteractive easels is highly amusing :)

I just got back from a visit. I loved all the paintings....but the Goya made my toes curl.

A wonderful piece by one of my favorite artists. And in fact, if I could steal two things in the world, one of them would be his Portrait ofThe Countess of Carpio, Marquesa de la Solana (1795). A remarkable painting of a remarkable woman months before her death from cancer. I think the Louvre might have some objections to my designs on one of the museums treasures...grin.

GREAT interactive easels...they make it look so easy!
