400 Year Old Marble Loot Revealed
Thanks for posting this, I can't imagine a 'lying in' or the dangers of childbirth of the time. Very interesting to hear the details of what medieval women went through.
(Edited: Moved this from the Photo section, oops :P )
Nearly 5 years in SL, and this is what happened today, LOL ..... and I found a HUD that makes silly faces :D
A wonderful addition, a lovely shop :D
~A new exhibit at Un Piccolo Studio ~ Rocca Sorrentina~
An interactive artist studio with animated easels and a posing area. Come explore and create with us! For a twist and to add to the realism, we will feature a real life historical artist and offer their works for sale.
Strike a pose or create a painting like the great artists of the past. You're more than welcome to make a mess.
Some new offerings for your viewing pleasure.
Anne Vallayer-Coster (1744-1818)
A French female painter with her works of "The Language of Still Life."
Her works became so well known, she even caught the eye of Marie-Antoinette.
We welcome you to come and enjoy them!
Her paintings are priced at 49L each with Copy/Mod permissions. Informational notecards are included.
The easels are interactive inside the studio so feel free to stop by and try your hand at painting.
A posing area is set up for some fun shots, come by and try it out.
Come by and explore our newest exhibit at Rocca Sorrentina!

Grazie and have fun,
Lady Leena
The palace looks wonderful Your Highness. No doubt it's a lovely build just like the building exhibit at the Decades Festival. Kudos )
It was a wonderful experience and thank you for letting me be a part of it. Especially Sister for letting me play with all of her plants and trees, LOL.
A huge shout out to Sister and Freda for organizing such a great event :D
The collaboration between everyone was great to see and I really feel that the historical community is the best in SL.
Please forgive my departure for the closing events as some things have come up and I need to focus on real life for now.
Take care all and cheers,
Leena
This is fabulous, great write up and photos :D
