I don't know if someone else here have played one of the Assassin's Creed games. I played AC II and III, and I'll hopefully get to play Black Flag soon, and I always thought that one of the next games could be set in the French Revolution. I remember there were rumors about it before AC III came out.

I found news on gaming websites about these leaked pictures of the next game, that will be set up in 18th century Paris. I wonder if it will be set during the revolution? I hope so!

Two new Assassins Creed games are currently in development at Ubisoftone for Xbox One and PS4, and the other for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3according to a report at Kotaku .

The Xbox One and PlayStation 4 game is tentatively titled Assassins Creed: Unity , and is set in Paris. This is the game you see in the leaked screenshot above, and more can be found in Kotakus report. Note that these are early screenshots.

Kotaku also point out that the HUD reveals parkour up and parkour down buttons for the game, and say that these will be part of a new navigation scheme that will make its debut in Unity .

Meanwhile, little is known about the other Assassins Creed game, codenamed Comet.

AAAAAHHHHH, I WANT IT SOOO MUUUCHHH!!!!

Leopoldine, I'm so jealous of you that you can play any of Assassin's Creed games (I've only got a laptop that would never be able to handle these games *sigh*)

But yes that would be sooo cool! Combining the two things I like - Assassin's Creed and 18th century Paris. It's just perfect awesomeness =)

I started with AC II and loved it! I played Brotherhood but didn't liked. I also was not very happy with III, but I played dutifully until the end :p

My copy of Black Flag is not working so I'l have to trade it for a new one, can't wait to play it!

It is a series of historical-fiction games:

TheAssassin's Creedgames primarily revolves around the rivalry between two ancient secret societies: the Assassins and theKnights Templar, and their indirect relation to an ancientspecies pre-dating humanity, whose society, along with much of Earth's biosphere, was destroyed by a massivesolar storm. The games' real-world chronological setting is the year 2012, and featureDesmond Miles, a bartender who is a descendant of several lines of prominentAssassins; though raised as an Assassin, he fled his nomadic family to seek out a more common lifestyle. He is initially kidnapped by themegacorporationAbstergo Industries, the modern-day face of the Knights Templar, who are aware of Desmond's lineage. Desmond is forced to use the "Animus", a device that allows him to experience hisancestral memories. Abstergo is seeking to discover the location of several artifacts, or "Pieces of Eden", that hold great power, to control mankind and alter its fate, bringing humanity into a single unified group. Desmond also encounters a small team of modern-day Assassins; agreeing to work with them, Desmond uses their version of the Animus (the Animus 2.0) to continue to experience the memories of his ancestors to discover the locations of additional Pieces of Eden so they can be recovered before Abstergo can do so. While experiencing these memories, some of their abilities are genetically leaked into Desmond, known as the Bleeding Effect, giving him some of the Assassin skills of his predecessors at the cost of living with multiple sets of memories and personalities in his mind.

The setting will be most cool to go into, with our experience here in SL in the historical settings we have created. If it's point and shoot and even a bitof grinding, it will be lost on me though andI find I'm always really happy to come and take a breather in Sl where I don't feel like I'm a puppet in someone else's loop.It looks like the charactersare taking the other position here politically tothe status many of have in our historical roles in SL. I'll check it out for sure.

I love these games - tries not to think about all she spent on buying collectors editions and action figures

I tend to favour the ones before AC iii as I love the European historical settings more - it would be great to go back to that with Paris.

I thought AC III was very disappointing, one of the things were how bland the maps looked. From what I've looked though, AC Black Flag is gorgeous.

It is a open world stealth game, so maybe you will like it! I would recommend to watch some game-play videos from the past games. I personally love the game-play.
